The Planetary Health Check, organised by the Planetary Guardians collective, tracks the state of the Earth system using the Planetary Boundaries scientific framework — highlighting risks, monitoring change, and guiding action to keep humanity within a safe operating space. Its findings are presented annually, bringing the latest insights to policymakers, business leaders, media, and the public.
